Asalaamu alkyum
I am looking to take out a loan from an Islamic bank to buy a house. I made some enquires and I have been told by the bank that what ever I borrow there will be a FIXED amounte added on which i have to pay back in instalments.

Also the bank only deals in buying in halal commoduties.

Is this loan halal?
