Assalamu alaikum... i'm a keralite muslim following shafi madhab..... here i am just finding a answer about the word " hubbul watan minal eeman" is it hadees or no ?. i need clear answer with evidence... insha allah i'm truely following sunnath jamaath... dont want to go with any bidath...

Its very popular hadees in my country, Turkey. I think it's absolutely logical and very trustful. i dont need any evidence for this. we always die for our country. because if we have not a country we dont live freely. Especially aspects for religion.

Brother, this is a fabricated hadith and in fact, any form of nationalism is prohibited in islam.

It seems logical but has no authenticity. this is a fabricated hadith. there is no harm in showing patriotism, dont let your patriotism grow into chauvinism and nationalism.
