Can we time travel through wormholes or if we travel at the speed of light can we time travel?

I think we can time travel through worm holes or if we travel at the speed of light because this is suggested in Einstein's special relativity and theory of relativity and if we use these we can travel faster than the earth and be ahead in time because when we use this time slows down?

Traveling to the future is easy, getting back to now, I think will never happen. I think time is merely a result of things happening. Every method devised for measuring time requires something to happen. To go back in time, you would have to make things happen backwards, and very precisely! How hard would that be? How would it be possible to reverse the orbits of planets? You can't just slam gravity into reverse, and if you could, that wouldn't do the trick. If you try the wormhole method, where you move one end of the wormhole near the speed of light, I think you wouldn't have a time machine, because the time dilation would be a local phenomenon and not a universal one. I suspect if you were to travel through such a wormhole, you might experience a decrease in your entropy, and who knows what the consequences might be?
But, of course, I'm no expert.

Time, a constant beeing. We are allways traveling forwards through time, as time pass one we learn, live and die. Traveling backwards in time woud may youst be too create a paralel univers. Ore may even broke time, who may cuse the end of the universe.

I am not aa expert, far from.
