It's a topic of no importance or interest to me, but I choose to fill it out because I watched a movie on computer I did too watch and like at a group movie area thing and on television putting away time to do so and thought it was worth putting down my comments on this site just about now because I don't waste time typing when I am into it and thought this was where to put down certain phrases that I would rather do so and today 9-15-11.I studied mythology only once, intesely, and had to;it was my teachers week long study project in a school in Florida if I can conjure up the memory correctly.I know a little more about Greeks than I used to and probably by word of mouth, so with the movie time and some leg work I think it's safe to say that it's of little or no importance to dwell on it and it's not relevant in this country because of the lack of spirit the Greek men have and so on and etc.I actually talked to a man in jail with a Greek apartment and he wasn't the most spirited guy but pretty honest so I can include his name and this was a printed reply to your question on this computer site today,Fotiades.

Should your question be "Do greek gods still exist?" or should it be 'Did greek gods ever exist or was it made up in a clever person's mind?'

I find MYTHology very interesting, and I'm certian in the age of uncertian time's they were a comfort. The stories represent lesson's and rule's thus ruler's,. But as you can see Myth's are just that. I'm 1st generation Sicilian and my father seemed to alway's teach us through stories, as though it would come to light easier, and sure enough it did I found myself doing the same thing with my son's. So sometimes stories of believer's at a certian era just might be a way to teach a society. My Opinion only, I enjoy the stories and alway's learn something from each.I believe in one creator , but believe we can take history and learn so much of life's lesson's.
