The Remembrance Line Association is looking to acquire a Manning Wardle loco(any condition) of the same type or similar to the example which was purchased by the South Eastern Railway at the turn of the century for working Folkestone Harbour freight sidings.It actually survived into SR days then was sold out of service to industry where it lasted until the late 30's.Not sure of the works number.Can anyone help with info on the original or source a replacement.The RLA is a new orginisation recently set up to preserve the Folkestone Harbour Branch.
