Why is it that we have not yet given a deadline for all to have a photo/inscripted health card?
Why do we still see the Red and White cards which do not require renewal?
I have many friends who still have these old cards which have no reference to who they really are.
I've heard many stories ( not proven ) regarding misuse of these health cards
Am I the only one who feels this may make the system more accountable - the benefits of implementing would outweight the cost.

Just returned from BC and there are 9 million (+) health cards and only a population of 4+Million.
Wonder why health care is so expensive? Can't believe no one else is interested in this being reviewed and dealt with in Ontario.
