I am a third year student studying Fashion Marketing and Communication and I am currently doing my final dissertation, which is on Jigsaw. I am discussing in-store environments and need some views on Jigsaw's stores.

What do you think of their store layout?
Do you find their store displays interesting and inspiring?
What do you think of their customer service?
Or is it you use their website over the physical stores?

Bascially any likes or dislikes you have about Jigsaw stores and their staff. Or anything you wish to see in their stores, perhaps treatments with their beauty products etc.
