My mother, Elizabeth Lavinia Clarke, was one of the two nurses assigned to care for Sir Winston Churchill when he was taken ill in Marrakesh in World War II. Does anyone have any idea how I can find any details of this incident. She was a military nurse in the Queen Alexandra Corps and was flown in specially to take care of the Prime Minister.
