The problem is that nobody wants to go there unless forced or thtis is the only option. Khan Mohammad left the college for the prevailing circumstances.Paracha sahib deserve all the respects but he is not of the principal type. These ex razmian serving army officers can be hired and I am sure that they will deliver.Top of the list is Amir Mohammad Berky, he will be brig next year.Sohail Nasir is the next in line. Then comes LT Cols like Shakeel, Sagir Saleem, Riaz , Zaffar ullah and Tahir Qayyum.The issue needs to be analysed by concerned quarters and communicated
