I am french nationality I always travel as part of the Program of Release of Visa. (Visa Waver).
I liked to go in Florida for a week to see my family as I made every year I have made the form ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization ) filled the reponse was that I am not allowed to return in USA.
I think that a recording wrong departure / arrival can be at the origin of this problem, because my last trip in Florida I had not returned the I-94W in the depart, I had lost it.
Please would be it possible to examine my file.
