Should Barack Obama be president? Should Rahm Emmanuel be Mayor? Does either have a right?

From a legal standpoint. No

We need honest government with integrity.
“Good leaders create a vision, articulate the vision, passionately own the vision, and relentlessly drive it to completion”

Public confidence in the integrity of the Government is indispensable to faith in democracy; and when we lose faith in the system, we have lost faith in everything we fight and spend for.
As citizens of this democracy, you are the rulers and the ruled, the law-givers and the law-abiding, the beginning and the end.

Change is inevitable. Change for the better is a full-time job.

Action speaks louder than words.

Every age needs men who will redeem the time by living with a vision of the things that are to be.

Freedom is not an ideal; it is not even a protection, if it means nothing more than the freedom to stagnate.

Action speaks louder than words.

An Independent is someone who wants to take the politics out of politics, a person with principles.

"The benchmark of a civilized society is the quality of its justice"

Not sure about Emmanuel; but he will most certainly receive backing from the Obama administration as it provides the perfect golden parachute setting for his former boss if things continue to go awry by the next presidential campaign.

There seems to exist prodigious evidence though to question why Obama has spent many thousands of personal and taxpayer dollars attempting to cover over his nationality of birth when the constitutional laws he swore to uphold make it strictly illegal for someone of foreign birth to hold the position of president.

This fact, and his constant refusal to produce an official live birth document (no he hasn't) make his citizenship, and therefore his qualification to hold this office very suspect.

It further appears, that since it is routine that those qualifications be vetted by responsible departments within the government, that any confessions by the government at this late date for crimes against its own foundational laws is unlikely to occur. In fact, in defiance, the courts have fined and called into question the reputation of anyone who attempts to litigate the matter in an effort to get to the truth.

Are you a democrat because I'm a Republican. I highly disaprove of Rahm Emmanuel. Him not living in Chicago totally breaks the rules, so he can't be elected for mayor.
As for Barrack Obama, I feel bad for the guy, but that doesn't make me like his ideas. His healthcare bill is so unconstitutional! A court in Florida ruled it that way. I mean, if the goverment can make us all have healthcare, they can make us all buy what they want and eat what they want.
And by the way, if you're gonna run for mayor what do you stand for?

They did the same thing with radio, when they used the commerce clause to justify raido being sensored. I didnt hear anyone complaining about that.
