I believe that President Obama should definitely face impeachment before congress and the people of the United States...he has not kept his oath to protect the Constitution
and has back-flipped on every single "promise" he made to get into office...he lied, not the kind of man I want to see sitting in "our" white house!

I suggest that the place of his birth has not been established. Until it is I can't accept him as president and I don't but I am no one.
I would go for the more radical criminal trial if it is ever proven that he is a naturalized citizen and not a natural one. I find it very disturbing that no one has pursued this and those people calling for the revelation are called cranks and idiots.

the request is reasonable given the situation.

While I'm not thrilled with Obama's actions and policies I am far more threatened by Rahm Romny or what ever his name is. The chief of staff guy. I think Obama is the screen for the men behind the scene. That is terrifying.

It took George W. Bush two years to screw up...it only took five months for Obama. I really don't think he's taking this seriously. Go to FOXNews.com and look at the "speech" he had the other day. He was talkin bout a bill being passed and some guy asked him a question and he wouldn't answer it...he just kept on talkin and not answering.

OOPS!!! I am confused with Cyrus the Great who was born around 580BC in Persis(Iran today)and is said to be the father of the Persian Nations. Alexander the Great was born over 100 years later around 350BC in Pella, Macedonia...I actually enjoy the history of Cyrus over Alexander but that is a different story altogether....you win the purple jelly bean!!!!

Hello my new partner in the fight for freedom!!!

you are indeed "some one" and your voice is as valid as anyone else!!!There are indeed many points that can legally
disqualify Obama for the presidency and 'where he was born'
is not only significant but purely a constitutional issue...
... why all the fuss from this administration? The President of the United States is held squarely in the light of the law
to provide the required documentation necessary to validate his 'eligibility' to chair the most prestigious office in the world!!!They could end this whole debate by handing over the damn birth certificate and WALLAH!!!it is magically all good!!! No, instead the administration conceal and "sealed" his records in their fashionable defiance as all ways....boy, oh boy, do these guys have something to hide!

A man or a woman must be a naturally born citizen and to my understanding this means that the parents must also be naturally born...I will check my facts on this one and reevaluate the issue.

Oh yes, you refer to Rohm Emmanuel...this snake in the grass is Obama's chief adviser and the real twist with this character is that he is not a natural born citizen but an Israeli citizen!!! He is not American!!! This pygmy is an anti-constitutionalists/socialist pretending to be a pragmatist...this is a vile anti-American DOG!!!

Peace lady!!!
James :)

Hey James,

I keep trying to take that thinking cap off but the damn thing is stuck. I think someone latched it down in the back....

anyway, Hey, I was wondering about demanding these papers and info about Obama under the freedom of information act...Has it been done? is there grounds?

It just occurred to me last night and I haven't gotten to it yet. Someone MUST have thought of this...right?

Dawn

PS I find it amusing that, the smarter and clearer we become, the fewer and fewer the opposition...

Some have reported that Obama has signed an Executive Order (EO 13489) to seal any and all FOYA requests to obtain any information regarding anything regarding himself...I read EO 13489 and it doesn't appear to be the case;albeit, his records have been denied/sealed from public record. This in and of it self only adds to the lie of this Presidents promise of transparency.
Obama pledged that his administration "...will work together to ensure the public trust and establish a system of transparency, public participation, and collaboration. Openness will strengthen our democracy and promote efficiency and effectiveness in Government." yet Obama has denied such request 70,779 times during the 2009 budget year!More than double that of the Bush administration in the prior year...more than double! Request for evidence of his real birth certificate and college transcripts are among the endless FOYA denials from his administration...how can such simple requests be a threat to our national security?

Something really stinks here and if you want to find the source of what is rotten, just follow your nose!
James...

p.s. several years ago while standing in my front yard I caught a whiff of the unmistakable stench of decaying flesh. After several days had past and I finally found the source of the foul aroma underneath my back porch. An old dog had somehow managed to get under the foundation wall and die...if I were to apply the Obama method to the situation the dog would indeed be dead and would indeed be decaying but the horrendous smell 'does not exist'. This is this man's logic. What is it they say abut 'where a dead dog lays?':::I will not bore you with the details of the extrication of the k-9 corpse just suffice to say it was probably less a task than removing this puppet from office ::: :::as oceans of tears pour from my eyes and I fight to resist the gagging urge to vomit:::

James,

oh well, I figured it had already been tried, back to the drawing board.

man, it's a shame that the violence is ramping up out there. I'm afraid some nutbag will start shooting then the whole teaparty will go down the drain.

what do you think is next on the obmagenda? Immigration?

Dawn,

I do not see any real urgency in Lord Obama's administration concerning immigration, as far as they are concerned, illegal immigrants are poring through our borders just fine...Obama has a great policy...just wait until the head count is 50 million then just 'give' them amnesty, free housing, drivers licenses, require all Americans to master the Mexican language, and create a new branch of government to police the implementation of mandated bi-lingual signs and mail and of course more bi-lingual instruction manuals be installed in every 'Dyson' sold in the US...(yes,of course I fail to mention that the amnesty also includes all the free health care they want and it's just like Navidad, they will all come for the party...hell, who wouldn't, it's all free!)

The violence is not really any more intense than usual...one incident and the media makes a two hour 60minutes special(contradiction in terms)...while 46 innocent civilians die as collateral damage from an American missile raid in north Pakistan and you will have to find A micro-scope to read the print at the bottom of the last page of the New York times!

I vest no time with the tea party until and unless they present a plan to reverse the financial and political flood about to drown this country...they need to come up with a viable plan and back Ron Paul solidly for the presidency in 2010...

I believe that the Obama agenda has it's sites square on two vital missions that will further strengthen their Socialist agenda...
#1. A greatly expanded federal control of guns...even if the States oppose it. Easier to control an angry mob brandishing shovels and pitch forks! When the peasants awake one morning and find themselves penniless and homeless, robbed by their government they will be defenseless...Rahm Emanuel's wet dream...
#2. Control of the internet through the department of defense. Yes, you will be required to register with the federal government and acquire a permit to access the internet. The Cyber-Security act is the beginnings of just that. The federal government will control/regulate all traffic...the internet has become more powerful than the Media(and 95% more accurate)and this must not be allowed, in its current form, if this administration wishes to continue their agenda. Dissent, such as mine, will be 'legal' to quell because Absolute Astrology, as-well other blog sites, will be deemed "Hate Speech" sites and blocked at the discretion of the White House.

Facts and sources are soon to follow and it will really piss you off what this administration has in store for us...

These are the two top targets on the Obama hit list. There are several more and when I finish my exhaustive research by the end of the week end I will gladly share that with you...God speed,my lady!
James...

Yeah, I see your point... okay

I have to say James that I think you've missed an important point about the destruction of the 2nd...

violence doesn't have to actually be rising in order for people to think it is and all the gov't needs is one band of crazed idiots to shoot up a church or a hospital or something
when that happens, he will begin to push to confiscate all weapons.

I hear Texas is nice James...
they have that clause in their state constitution...you know the one I'm talking about, don't you?

I believe that I may have been somewhat oblique about my comment on the rising violence in the country...when tensions are this high in complex political societies such as ours studies tend to show that violence is a direct and proportional action/reaction of the social structure to the egregious and somewhat overwhelming pressures of a socialist state. The whole plan in the birth of a socialist state is to shock or silently cohere the peoples into a mass sense of dread. So long as the 'fear' of a threat exist the sheeple will turn to the government for salvation, even if it is the government that causes the fear.( classical Stockholm syndrome ) Some people just do not have the capacity to see past the facade and face the anxiety/stress as an illusion.
Sure there are the pitiful souls that loose it and go postal, that was happening all the time even before the perceived terrorist threats of today,( I mean really, there are already some twisted minds out there) and there are already laws in place to deal with such unfortunate matters. It is only when the federal government seizes upon such travesties as proof of their propaganda and the need of State intervention into everyone's freedoms in anticipation of others following suite...classical fascist brain wash...

There are issues of violence that may raise some eye brows and make us wonder what could possibly be going on in the minds of people that need to act out in dark violent behavior. The socialist agenda requires that the people fight amongst themselves so they can sneak in the back and set up the grid of dominance and control. It is more present today than ever before in our country's history...

Remember what the New Orleans police chief did during the following days of Katrina? The New Orleans police department, State Police, Federal Marshals, National Guard and mercenary "Backwater" operatives moved through the entire city and "confiscated" every single gun from every single individual irregardless of warrant or probable cause. The Police chief commented that "...guns would not be allowed anywhere in the city"...
There are numerous documented facts that armed police officers kicked in doors and forced residents out of their homes and "stole" their guns. A federal court ruling some four years later found the actions to be the most grievous and blatant violation of state and federal constitutions and ordered the city of New Orleans to return all the weapons they had stolen and make repatriations to its citizens. The four years these law abiding citizens had to wait for the wrongs to righted show us all how slow the federal government will respond to your grievances by bogging complaints down in complicated litigation when they them selves can act instantaneously to subvert your rights with out due process of the law...sounds like a Police State to me...

I can see how some citizens would suffer an embolism and lash out against the policing authorities...the socialist thinkers depend on it...

James...

I have the PDF of the Texas constitution, as well many other states, and I will look it up...
