Primarily: To...
(1) respond to God's love for us,
(2) recognize a Baptism to cleanse us of man's original sin of disobedience,
(3) believe in His Son's death and resurrection to redeem us from sin,
(4) and to be penitent for the sins we...
(a) overtly commit (sin of commission)
(b) fail to accomplish (sin of omission)
after our Baptism (this requires us to change our thinking and our behavior to minimize opportunities of repeating such a sin).

Secondary: Having accepted His redemption, obey His commands (which are intended for our benefit - to live and to educate). Particularly, we're tasked to spread the Good News of this redeeming act of love to the rest of mankind. In spreading this Word, invite those still lost to permit the Holy Spirit to open the eyes of those receptive to the message.

[Something to consider: The one emotion we experience, which is not destructive and self-serving (but rather constructive) is love. A Creator doesn't make something, just to wipe it out. He makes it because He puts care into every detail and seeks response (interaction). Mankind was given a gift - the ability to recognize that love and return it. Both man and God benefit from the constructive interaction.]

To promote the Pauline policy of Replacement Theology. So much so that no Christian preacher can preach the gospel without promoting Replacement Theology, which, so to speak, is part of the essence of the NT.
