Earth is 4.5 billion years old. Within 1.2 billion years, the Sun will have been approaching into 'Red Giant' stage. The earth's closing orbit will draw it into the Sun. Long before that, the life on earth will be roasted and the oceans will go dry, the vapor will be blown away by the solar Winds. Now, using today's propaganda, let 'Man' try and control 'that' approaching scenario, by exorbitantly Taxing the inhabitants of Earth.

I like your thought process. I've always thought that the idea of controlling anything is a model for failure. Controlling the planet? I can't keep dandelions out of a patch of grass in a 'tame' subdivision.

thanks

I will return later with an excellent source of a 'Second Opinion' on the subject. We all (well a few of us) like to see both sides of the testimony of the case, before we make an 'Intelligent' decision.

As you previously ascertained, I as well, have noticed a definite dearth of such, on many sites controlled by "THE MINISTRY of TRUTH". Thank you for the compliment. I gratefully return the favor.

An excellent source of information not allowed into the classroom, is "Not by Fire, but by ICE". You Tube has a little 3 part series, briefly describing the theoretic scenario. (Bob Felix?) is hosting. Check it out, then consider the last few years of 'Changing Weather Patterns'. I think you will notice some interesting hints of 'Things to Come'?
Thank you again Dawn

No, global warming will not lead to the destruction of the universe...so many theories have been presented concerning the "end" of all life in the universe but these are only theories. Most all of it A bunch of tripe propaganda made up to keep the uninformed afraid.
Only the vanity and arrogance of man will cause the destruction of the human race through greed and wars...not CO2 gas...

Even in the 'Age of the Barbarians', with constant wars a fact of everyday life, humanity always 'survived'. Earth is even tougher. It morphs to provide entertainment and challenges. Historically, only the toughest DNA survived.

Only in recent years has nature meddling society, attempted to ensure the survival, even the Dominance of the 'weakest' DNA, while sacrificing the strongest. Now 'That' dys-Utopian logic, predictably leads to real problems...

I would like to say that I think what's actually happening on this planet (in the matters of climate, not politics) may be tied to things happening in this galaxy.

I tie global climate conditions and other things (earthquakes, storms, glacier behavior etc) to activity in the galactic core. While the core "explodes" all the time, the 26k year alignment is due up and THAT may have a serious affect on this planet.

I actually have something much scarier than nuclear war on my mind as I post this. Join me in another thread for that.

the other thing that I want to say is, and this will kill you, I think the environmental movement may actually be an attempt to get mankind to relearn farming and other lost skills because someone knows something important about what is going to happen next in regards to climate change. I have proof, real scientific facts, that what is coming is probably going to reduce human pop to below a few hundred thousand and those who survive the actual event, may not survive what comes after.

we are an extremely adaptable species. We have that in our favor. We survived the flood. There is evidence that some of the knowledge lost in that cataclysm also survived as well. I hope someone out there is doing something about saving the knowledge of this world too.
