Its website at alJazeeraJobs.com is ranked as amongst the leading recruitment sites in United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain. alJazeera Jobs remained part of the alJazeera Publishing group until April 2011, when alJazeera Publishing was disbanded after the sale of its main assets to regional media organisations including alJazeera TV Channel and MBC

Adapting a similar business model to TheLadders.com, alJazeera Jobs unlike other employment sites that charge companies to post entries, charges both job seekers and employers. alJazeera Jobs however does not charge for job applications made by candidates to jobs listed on its site – as to do so would be illegal in the Gulf countries as well as in other jurisdictions.
