Dawn was approached about participating in Human Wrecking Balls by the show's Producer, Jason King. Dawn stated in a 2008 interview with Ken Tuccio that the show was extremely difficult for Jason to describe, so he simply showed Dawn a 5 minute DVD of The Pumphrey Brothers in competition.
