Digna is a member of the National Association of Latino Independent Producers and is a founding member of the Boston Chapter. Her experience with NALIP has been instrumental in broadening her vision and expanding her professional scope of work. She also recently joined the Latino Professional Network board and has been an active member of the LPN for several years. Through her membership at the LPN she has been able to establish relationships that have resulted in valuable and lasting partnerships that have fostered professional and personal growth.

She builds and fosters relationships with ethnic media, government and community partners to promote the MGH brand and the recruitment of diverse candidates for managerial positions. In this role Digna also participates in several committees including the Disability Awareness Council and the HR Communication Committee. She currently serves as the public relations chair on the Executive Board of the Association of Multicultural Members of Partners.
