. It was reviewed in depth the nature of the Euro-Arab relations and to achieve a radical reform of relations between partners on the basis of equality and respect for individual interests. At the same time, the Euro-Arab dialogue was a strong political content and aimed at creating a Euro-Arab cooperation against the U.S. policy in the Middle East.
