Kassem Gharaibeh is a comedian and actor best known for his online series California On and Going Deep. As of August 2011 his YouTube channel has more than 1.6 million subscribers.
Born in Jordan, Kassem moved to the United States when he was two years old. He began to pursue stand-up comedy in 2006 and started posting videos of his stand-up to YouTube in 2008. He has since become the 17th Most Subscribed of all time on YouTube, and the 9th Most Subscribed comedian. Kassem is now a major talent within Maker Studios, the Los Angeles based studio that is home to some of the top performers in the digital space, including Lisa Donovan
and Shay Butler.
Omar Gharaibeh (thestation) is Kassem's younger brother.
Kassem was introduced to a wider audience when he co-starred alongside Jane Lynch
in an iPhone 4 spoof commercial. In July 2011 he guest hosted the popular series Equals 3 created by Ray William Johnson
