Sunday Creek Associates, a nonprofit organization in this area is responsible for a community building experience named "Little Cities of Black Diamonds." This experience includes organizing local history bus tours, Little Cities of the Forest, Little Cities Archives, Little Cities of Black Diamonds Day, Appalachian Spring Festival. The Little Cities Council is located in Shawnee, Ohio.
