. It was founded in 2006.
, consists of four groups ,North,Central,East and West,which have 14 teams. For 2010–11 season, the first team in every group will be promoted to Basketball league of Serbia B . The teams positioned 13th and 14th in Serbian First League will be relegated to a lower league - Serbian Second League.
