Sir Walter Harry Evans, 1st Baronet (19 May 1872–7 November 1954) was an English
hydraulic engineer, politician and public servant.

. He was a member of Staffordshire

for many years. He was created a Baronet, of Wightwick near Wolverhampton in the County of Stafford, in the 1920 New Years Honours for his services to the War Savings Committees during the First World War. He was succeeded in the baronetcy by his son Anthony.
