In 2003, STRATACACHE acquired ActiVia Networks to provide appliance-based Content Distribution Network management tools. This solution, known as ActiVia for Media, provides an enterprise-wide solution for digital signage and media device management.
In 2004, STRATACACHE acquired OmniCast Dispatcher from The Fantastic Corporation. Now, OmniCast is STRATACACHE's media and content distribution solution.
Then in 2008, STRATACACHE acquired SuperLumin Networks, a software company founded by a group of veteran engineers from high-tech companies including Novell, Cisco and others. Today, SuperLumin is STRATACACHE's caching proxy software solution.

With the rise of the Internet era in the mid 1990s, Chris Riegel embarked upon his first enterprise networking business. Thus, in 1999, STRATACACHE was established.In 2003, STRATACACHE acquired ActiVia Networks to provide appliance-based Content Distribution Network management tools. This solution, known as ActiVia for Media, provides an enterprise-wide solution for digital signage and media device management.
In 2004, STRATACACHE acquired OmniCast Dispatcher from The Fantastic Corporation. Now, OmniCast is STRATACACHE's media and content distribution solution.
