Subdivision and politics
Topi is split between two union councils, Topi (East) and Topi (West). Topi is further divided into Alizai, Akazai and Kanazai. Alizai comprises Mohallah Booba Khel, Botakha, Punj Pao, Ismail Khel and Suma Khel. Akazai comprises Mohallah Urr Ibrahim, Khadar Khan Khel, Painda Khel, Sabi Khel, Pir Azghi and Niki Khel.
