man. While visiting Korea
in 1961, he met Dr. Han Min Su who is an elder clergyman of the Korean Christian churches. He is also an ex-public relations
officer of Pacific Air Forces, and the USA-author of “Goodbye John.” The two gentlemen struck an immediate friendship. In later years, Congressman Leggett continued to be inspired by the faithful Christians in Korea. While witnessing the success of the Peace Corps
