If a partner in a restaurant (50/50)one partner gets upset and walks out, not recieving any pay;or any activty on the account. however is still paying taxes on the resturant. This partner has invested over $13,000.00 in the resturant without ANY reinbrestment.but can not afford a lawyer what recourse can he take?
