Dear Discussion Forum Members:
Please support me on my aeronautics specialty (public) college proposal for the old Davao Airport at Sasa, Davao City, Philippines. My proposal is a US-par (at least in some respects) aero college that's suggested to be backed, supported and promoted by the UNESCO, Division of Higher Education; Section for Reform, Innovation and Quality Assurance, Paris, France. And the funding for the school's Endowment to be sought from the Manny Pacquiao Foundation, with the recommendation of the Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA) that we will seek.
The school is proposed to be established with assistance from the University of Southeastern Philippines, Barrio Obrero, Davao City; and to be set up in partnership with the Aerospace Engineering Department of the California State University, Long Beach; and the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, Florida; two schools that offered the proponent, me, M.S. Aero Eng. degree program admission in the 1990's.
You can read my discussions and examine my finished 24 aeronautics-related specialty B.S. curriculums in my webpage "Dreams of Darvin Anthony Delgra of a MODERN Philippine Aeronautics" in the Internet.
Hoping for your response. Thank you.
Engr. Darvin Delgra, BSME, MSAE grad student (California State University, Long Beach; expired leave: 1999-2000)
