Is anybody out there with me protesting against Viet Nam buying more weapons? What they are doing is wasting billions of dollars on outdated weapons? The money is for them to improve their economy like producing cars, motorcycles, cell phones and many more products for exports. McCain/Republican is setting up Viet Nam for another war which nobody could afford.
