Anybody with any experience using " The Joseph Schillinger System of Composition " ??

Yes. I was a student for many years of a certified Schillinger teacher, Dr. Asher Zlotnik of Baltimore, Maryland. His composition pedgogy had many references to Schillinger concepts. I have written several compositions entirely based on Schillinger techniques, and all of my compositions reflect much of Schillinger's presentation of harmony.
In some sense, Dr. Zlotnik refined some of Schillinger in his teaching of melody based on harmony, and with his system of "Spotted Tones" which gives composers ways of ensuring direction in melodic lines as well as developing many tools in expanding and varying thematic material.
