OSSCube is looking for SugarCRM Application Managers for our team. The SugarCRM Application Manager is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team and engineering team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our customers. The SugarCRM Application Manager must be able to demo SugarCRM based on customer requirements, train customers on SugarCRM, Understand customer workflow and implement in SugarCRM,. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
Develop Scope, Estimates and help in sales team to prepare presentations on SugarCRM.
Assist potential customers with SugarCRM evaluations and proof of concepts. Build customized product demonstrations.
Respond to SugarCRM RFIs, RFPs and serve as liaison between the sales, technical and support teams.
Provide customer training and participate in initial implementations.
Assess customer CRM needs, and, using knowledge of SugarCRM make recommendations to the customer on best implementation practices.
High preference of candidates with five or more years experience selling complex technology to senior corporate executives with a proven track record at achieving/exceeding assigned sales quota.
Technical Skills:
Expert on working SugarCRM or any other CRM System.
