Dear Eastern Equatorians, who are the stakeholders in our beloved state? The IDPs from Jonglei or Greater Bahr el Ghazal or the mighty sons and daughters of the state who shaded their precious blood for this land. My question relates to the current situation in the state especially in relation to contracting body and the other legal entities of the state.
