Iit has come to my attention,that as far as representation goes;it is being a criminal act,by ways of being held and forced out of homes and personal savings and belongings,;(assigned away from) an abundant amout of ederly.;by way of miscarriage and intervention and misinterpitation legal,(influences)to judges reports anfin.because drs. such as psychiatrist is a private setting by consent,; same as right to recieve medical care by medical dr. by choice of patient.as i understand it a guardian at litem,(that is considered a voleenter to the court and not paid) and any attorney such as malpractice or community and family disputes aren't used, instead cooperate attorneies, intended for businees companies,such as inspections,or employees, or mediations.are involved in representing those against their will and placed, by determination from accusational methods,;to the outcome of incompetant,not by judge yet by psychiatrist not psycologist,or their own private counseling,.. i do understand statues and i know 4 any best interest,many of some are old and as such repetative..having mentioned this,aware in several states lately..and as for any such reform,;'to society and gov.facts.this ain't getting it,public health depts.do as dept.of chidrens differ yet,taught to go by these same out of date ixsisting statues about diagnosises by certain students using and affixing to law by those statues,.and since as learned over and over about stuff as cycles,,in education this is and should be rejected,i've been in this era and suffered this way by greedy individuals claiming it's reasonable to eachs for 30 years,.to me going upstream to get positve results,by myself,and being hurt because of their own ignorances,and so called duty or duties. n.p.o.w.thanks tina,4 listening today,. could u get this message to other pro's attention.
