I have been searching forever for proper English bangers or Irish bangers and back bacon. I have tried about 10 different brands made in the USA, most all of them inedible. I recently tried some from a company called RJ Balson and Son claiming to be "England's Oldest Family Butchers" that are made in the U.S.A., and I must say they are wonderful, I was very surprised, authentic, great taste and texture, just like home. They have some good recipes on their site as well. They say they are making back bacon soon as well, can't wait to try it as well!
