Calculate resolution with 3D volume viewer

Hi,

I have a 3D data set and use 3D volume viewer to get an oblique plane. I am wondering if I can calculate the resolution on this plane since I want to know the distance between two points on this plane. Does anyone know it? Thank you in advance.
