I am sorry,not considering her innocent or quilty but her attorney is stupid. The man is way over he"s head. She needs a new attorney. From day one he seems like he has no clue of what he is doing.

My question is this. Why would a 22 year old sit in jail for 2.5 years awaiting trial for murder if she had the alibi presented by her attorney? She could have thrown her father under the bus from day one if there was a grain of truth in the opening statement by Baez. If she admitted she was guilty, isn't Baez legally bound to tell the truth? Why would he continue to defend such a ridiculous allegation?

My sentiments exactly! She's a winner---her attorney notwithstanding. But in response to why he would continue to defend her?, I hope on some level it's to set up a good arguments at the appeal level, 'cause, Heaven knows, he about out in left field on this one! Why would any attorney as young as he is lay his reputation on the line with what he's doing now????? And, no is the answer to your last question, because a good defense attorney doesn't even want to know that answer. Sad but true.
