Where do I file complaint, because it was my hand carry luggage that I had my
cellPhone and the flight attendant told me she will take my hand carry and put
this in a safe place and found out she check in my hand carry without telling me. All
the while I taught it is inside the plane but apparently she check this out. This happened
in Guam airport. Feb. 24, 2012 Flight CO 183 Guam to Manila. When we landed to MNL
international airport I ask for my hand carry and I was told I need to get this from the carousel. This is where I inquired why my hand carry luggage was checked in without my
consent. I had my personal belongings there and my medicines. They told me that the hand carry bin was already full. Yes but normally they stock items in the luggage where the flight steward space is allotted in the plane. They should not have hand carry items checked outside of the plane or they should at least tell the passenger if this is what they will do so that the passenger can take out valuable items. This is complete negligent on the part of the
flight stewardest on duty at that time. Please tell me where to file this complaints Thank you.
