Surely chaos theory is simply another way of describing the existance of God?

Not at all. It describes previous variables becoming larger differences over time. Not, however, an outside being deciding. Religion and Chaos Theory are two very different theories.

You mean you don't know?

Not at all. I'm saying that Chaos Theory states that every factor since the beginning of time, every single change in every single factor will eventually become a larger change over time. (ex; A loss of .003% in profit will eventually become millions of dollars) The theory, if related to religion, would probably state that there is no god, because everything is already plotted out, and inevitable, after the beginning factors of each quantum particle that flashed into existence at the beginning of time. Those factors coincide and change eachother over time, giving birth to new factors, but, since all of those factors were created due to circumstances that effected other variables, the values over time are all plotted out already, but are not predictable to us as we do not know the circumstances of each point of matter at the beginning of time, nor do we, as of yet, have a large understanding of Quantum Mechanics. Thus, the future has already been decided, yet we will never be able to (Or at least with our current understanding of the universe, will never be able to.) predict the future. Chaos Theory, once again, has nothing to do with religion, and, if anything, disproves it.
