Hi I have purchased a commercial poffertjes copper grill from the Netherlands and I am having problems with the poffertjes sticking when I cook on the copper grill. I have been using unsalted butter to oil the pan but this is not working. Maybe I need to season the copper grill before I use it? or use someone thing other than butter. Can anyone offer any advise?
