During the Vietnam War, ARA Services, precursor to ARAMARK, ran all the DOD food concessions in Southeast Asia. While the war was fpoing on and while her husband was president of the united states, I am led to believe, Ladybird Johnson was on the board of directors of ARA Services. Can anyone tell me if this is the case or how one finds a list of board members for corporations that existed in the past? I am interested in any possible conflict of interest in her board membership and the letting of wartime concessions to ARA Services.
