How high are you setting that bar? Human intelligence has evolved a great deal since leaving the caves but we still do a lot of silly things. My belief is yes there is intelligent life out there because it would be narrow minded of me to think we are the only ones that evolved a frontal lobe. I wonder how that intelligence used.

Our universe is probably filled with life, and more advanced races then us it diffenetly out there, allthough there probably aren't that many.
