I'm wondering if anyone else as experienced a complete lack of customer service from 24 Hour Fitness. They are trying to screw me out of a "lifetime" membership that I paid a fortune for. When calling their customer service number you get a bunch of low paid agents in the Phillipines that speak broken english. So I wrote and mailed a letter to their Customer Service department in Carlsbad...no reply. So I sent an email in via their website and....you ready for this....someone from the Phillipines called me!
This person told me the only way you can speak to someone in America is go into the club! I find this policy to be abysmal! I will be going into the nearest location and see if I can get my problem resolved.
If anyone has found a better way, I'd like to hear about it. And if anyone cares to see the letter I sent detailing the issue, post your email and I'll send you a copy.
