I have been a nextel/boost customere for over 10 yrs.The serrvice has become pure trash.The signal drops in any buiilding ,on back roads as well as when it feels like it. The automated 411 is a joke ! If you say the name mary,you will get a telephone # for patty ? I am starting a website,n petition to get boost mobile out.I have spoken with my district councilperson about this problem.When you call customer service it takes anywhere from 15-30 min just to get a live person. Then they give you the run around with vauge answers to your questions.THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER BUSINESS !!! If you are like myself and just want the services you pay for,nothing more or less. Go somewhere else !!!! Boost Mobile does not care about you.Please leave some info and i will reply to you.I will be contacting the govt. to see what they can do.SIGN THE PETITION TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. YOUR PHONE NUMBER CAN BE TRANSFERED TO A PROVIDER WHO RESPECTS AND CHERRISHES YOUR BUSINESS !! UNLIKE BOOST MOBILE.
