Buddy, being a Retired Marine having started out in Vietnam and finishing up just after Desert Storm and cooking the Republican Gaurd in trenches with multiple deployed Propane Bomblets that fry everything within a 300 meter radious, I can damn sure tell you... that if they HAD EM...THEY USED EM!
