I haven't been able to do a scene by scene comparison, but ther seem to be differences between the pilot episode and the two part "Mexican Slayride" on the DVD set. Where, for instance is BA's speech to Amy about "The Jazz"? and why the heck did it get cut?

Also, if anyone has the transcript of that speech, please post it.
