I think the ending was well chosen and fits with the need for lots of action in a short timeframe. Also having the tide going in as the rush of time was excellent.

I loved the thrilling ending - the fear that time was a wastin' and the clock was a tickin'. It had a real emotional effect.

The ending was just superb, it had you on the edge of your seat right up until the end. I would find it extremely hard to write a better ending, it just fitted so well.
