I'm trying to find info about this beautiful metal work in bronze. It is a civil war officer(I think) on a prancing horse. At the bottom on the left is FOC Darley's signature. On the left is (I believe) I.Q.A.Ward. I can't make out the rest. On the back is a hinged stand. This piece was not meant to hang on the wall. It is very detailed. Can you help with any info as to whom the rider might be (Union or Confederate)? Thank you.
