For several years we have noticed a foul(not sewer gasses)odor in the rear bedroom of our home. In the beginning it would only happen on hot summer days, but it seems that even now in the winter if there is a warm day I will come home from work and it will be there. We had the furnace company come out and check the ducting but they said there was no problem. We had a small flood and cut into the walls but there was nothing in there that would raise suspicion either. I would appreciate any help at all.
