I can not prove it but I think by talking to some men putting up the gates that the Mine owners are behind it. They are blocking the use of old mountian dirt roads. The phone numbers of Senator R Byrd is 1-304-342-5855 and US Congressman N Rahall is 1-304-6222, call them and tell them that this is wrong.
