I am looking for a General Court Martial which took place in 1944, presumably in India. The defendant was an Officer T/Capt of the 4th Bombay Grenadiers. The incident happened in a disciplinary unit of some sort.

I know it must be in the National Archieves.

My question is, the 30 years blocking period is counted from the date of the last proceeding in the GCM or from the death of the defendant.
