Does the Star 'Gliese 581' have Hydrogen Gas and Oxygen gas?

The reason I ask this is because The late great 'Carl Sagan' used to say; we are all made of Star stuff.

The sun has Oxygen gas and hydrogen gas and in cooled state the create 'water'. - 'H2O'. Though, that doesn't mean that the oxygen and hydrogen gas comes to earth until its all gone.. It could mean that the leftover gases that made the sun made the earth.

And that's why I ask if 'Gliese 581' has Hydrogen and Oxygen gases

What the stars are made of- might indicate what the planets have orbiting it. Like maybe water.
